CADSAM Winners!

Despite having lost 2 of the selected members of the Senior Team we still managed to collect 24 medals and awards at the 4 Div CADSAM at Pirbright over the last weekend.   The Under 16 team, lead by the remarkable LCpl Mackender (already a National Tri-service Champion at the age of 14), outshot most of the teams present - and ALL of the ACF Under-16 teams, finishing 3rd overall.  They also made it through 5 rounds of the Falling Plate match, losing by just one plate in an exciting Semi-final to the eventual winners, Berkshire ACF.   (Rumours that the final plate had been welded in the upright position and withstood at least 6 hits from LCpl Mackender and 2 from LCpl Dormer are, unfortunately, pure Sour Grapes!)
