LIfesaver plus is the minimum requirement for any adult instructor (allowing them to then in turn teach the qualification themselves) to hold and will pass a cadet for one & two star first aid.

Lifesaver plus can be obtained by attending a weekend camp where the sole purpose in to learn first aid.
