COMBINED MESS CURRY NIGHT

All officers and adult instructors are invited to the above-mentioned event due to take place at the WETC Chilwell on Saturday 14th March, commencing at 7.30pm. This event is open to all adult members of Notts ACF and their partners.

As in previous years, this event takes on a charitable approach. The intention is to use the entrance fee (£5) to purchase some desirable raffle prizes.  We will even give you the £5 back in raffle tickets!  All proceeds will go to the ABF.

A disco will be providing entertainment throughout the evening and will be situated away from the Mess in order to give a respite from the noise for those who require it.

A cash bar will be open throughout the event providing all refreshments.

In order to create the correct atmosphere, this will be a ‘smart casual' event, therefore members and partners are required to dress appropriately. (Strictly no denims or T shirts and jackets and ties are optional)

The bar will close at 1am and overnight accommodation will be made available at the WETC for those who wish to stay, having given prior notice.

The cost to each person attending is £5.00, which I am sure you will agree, is excellent value for money. If you wish to attend this event, you are requested to complete and return the enclosed pro forma by no later than Friday 6 March 2009, so that we can best plan the evening. Once again, cost has been kept to a minimum since we intend to subsidise the function from each Mess fund.
