The Sixth ACFA Annual Awards Ceremony

Held at The Royal Star & Garter Home, Richmond, the sixth Outreach Annual Awards Ceremony took place on 2nd October.Over 150 people attended, with the Guest Speaker being Derek Twigg MP, Under Secretary of State for Defence.

The photograph on the left shows Derek Twigg presenting an award to Lt Col Barry White, Deputy Commandant of Northumbria ACF, and Miss Nikki Laker, on behalf of Heaton Manor School.

The other photograph shows General Sir Jack Deverell KCB OBE, President ACFA, with Cadet Louise Gulwell, from Buckinghamshire ACF, who was a previous Outreach candidate, and her mother, Mrs Sharon Gulwell.
