NATIONAL HOCKEY CHAMPIONS     NORTH WEST 2008

National TOW Results 2008

Report:

The 2008 National TOW Championships were the largest gathering of competitors since the introduction of the sport at National level in 2003, with over 195 cadets taking part.  Although the conditions were wet and humid, morale was very high among the cadets, and their enthusiasm for the sport never waned.  The standard of pulling was of an exceptional level; hopefully their involvement this year will encourage even better training and participation in the years to come.  Prizes were presented by Col Snagge, Chief Executive of London RFCA who takes over as Chief Executive of Yorkshire & Humberside RFCA in October.
