Privacy Policy

We will not sell or give information that relates to you personally (name, phone number, fax number, street or e-mail address, for example) to other people.

If you are under 16, you must ask your parent or guardian if it is OK to give us that kind of information if we ask you for it. Show them our ACFA Policy on On-line Privacy (see below).


ACFA POLICY ON ONLINE PRIVACY

The ACFA does not sell, rent or otherwise make available any personal data submitted by visitors to our site to any third parties.

The ACF does make use of non-personality identifiable statistical information (browser type, geographical location, age, gender) for optimisation of our sites as part of our continual internal review process and in a general way to learn more about exisitng and potential ACFA members. This information will not be disclosed to third parties by the ACFA. This data will only be used for the stated purpose, and will not be used for any unsolicited communication unless you give us permission.

The ACFA does use tracking technology ("cookies"). This is solely to tailor our sites to suit your needs better.

Children and young people under 16 are advised to get permission from their parent or guardian before they submit personal data to the ACFA web site.

Links on the ACFA site may take you outside the ACFA network and the ACFA accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy or function of these sites. The links are provided in good faith and we cannot be held responsible for any subsequent change in sites to which we link.

This policy may be modified from time to time.
